Umuahia, Abia State — Hon. Chijioke Chukwu, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State, has raised serious concerns about the state’s administration, saying that despite social media distractions, Abia is being “badly managed”.
Speaking in a recent statement, Hon. Chukwu urged residents and stakeholders to look beyond online narratives and focus on the ground realities of governance in the state. He criticized the current administration for what he described as poor leadership, inefficiency, and lack of development initiatives that directly impact the lives of Abians.
“The social media noise should not distract us. The truth is that Abia State is being mismanaged, and this affects every sector of our society,” Hon. Chukwu said.
He called for accountability and immediate reforms to address pressing issues, including infrastructure decay, unemployment, and inadequate public services, stressing that the people of Abia deserve better leadership.
The APC chairman’s remarks add to growing debates among political observers and residents about governance challenges in the state ahead of future elections.
