Donald Trump says he is unconcerned that striking Iran’s power plants could be considered a war crime.

Donald Trump dismissed concerns on Monday that targeting Iran’s power infrastructure, as he has threatened ahead of a looming deadline, could amount to a war crime.

Speaking to reporters during an Easter egg roll event at the White House, Trump said he was unconcerned by accusations that such strikes would violate international law.

“I’m not worried about it,” he said. “You know what the real war crime is? Letting Iran obtain a nuclear weapon.”
